We are ready... When you are
Peaceful Endings provides in-home euthanasia services 7 days a week, with flexible appointment times. We do not charge extra fees for holidays, nights, or weekends.
The gentlest euthanasia techniques are used, and one of the main goals is to provide comfort and peace to your pet in a pain-free manner. Almost any scenario that helps you and your beloved pet find peace during this time can be accommodated, from providing the service in your backyard (during nice weather) or having you lovingly hold your pet on your lap during the process.
Charges are based on the services you need and the weight of your pet.

What is the process?
After you make an appointment with a Client Liaison, a doctor will come to you home. Pet euthanasia is a compassionate process designed to minimize discomfort for the animal. The veterinarian first greets the pet and discusses concerns with the owner. A sedative is then administered to relax the pet, followed by a final injection once the pet is fully asleep. This stops brain function painlessly, ensuring the pet peacefully passes away without suffering. The vet team prioritizes the pet’s comfort throughout, often using distractions during the initial sedation.
What happens after euthanasia?
Cremation services are typically available after the procedure if desired. If so, we teke the pet with us and you can pick up the remains or we can arrange delivery. Alternatively, owners can choose to handle aftercare themselves, which may involve home burial (subject to local regulations) or arranging cremation independently. These options allow pet owners to memorialize their companions in a way that best suits their preferences and needs. If you want to bury your pet, please read An Aid to Burying a Pet. – CLICK HERE

How do I prepare for your visit?
You will need a blanket or towel to go under your pet during the process. Pick an area where the procedure will be performed and lay out the blankets/towels there. To learn more – read this blog.
Should my kids be present during euthanasia?
The decision to include children in pet euthanasia depends on their age and maturity. Children under 4 are typically too young to grasp the situation, while those 5-6 years old may vary in their understanding. Most children 7 and older can comprehend and decide if they want to be present. If a child expresses interest and is mature enough to understand, including them can be appropriate for this significant family experience. You can read more about this in this blog.
